I've owned the queen size for about three and a half years now. Im lucky enough to have a job working overnights that lets us, ahem...nap. I've used it 3-5 times a month, and was very satisfied. Sadly, I've developed a leak that I can't pinpoint(I've patched 2 in the past) I fear that the quick release valve might be a possible source of the problem but have not ruled one way or another. This mattress is very comfortable. It does have a tendancy to flip up if your biased on one side or another, so make sure if you're sleeping by yourself, you're in the middle. If you're the only one who is going to sleep on it, or a toss and turner; pick up the smaller size. Its annoying when you wake yourself up because you shifted too far to one side, and the other side is a foot off the ground.
The mattress bottom is very durable. This mattress has spent weeks bouncing around in its carry bag in the back of my SUV, and has lasted 3 years. Hot, cold, and everything in between. When filling it up, and its at a temperature extreme, I fill it about 3/4 of the way and let it sit, and come up to room temperature as to not stress the seams and all. I think that is what has helped keep it lasting so long.
I lost the battery pump, but had no problems with it when I did have it. MAKE SURE YOU CHARGE IT THE FIRST TIME FOR 24 HOURS! Frankly, the people who complain about the pump probably thought 4 hours was enough and used it.
If you're in the market for an air mattress that you're going to use more than once a year, its well worth the money. I went through a couple cheapy mattresses that I purchased from chain stores, only to wake up with my butt touching the ground. I've come to the conclusion that the 100 dollars is worth it. It lasted 3 years! I'm not one for writing reviews, but feel strongly enough about the product, I decided to write one-And buy the twin size, since I'm not camping as much as I used to with the wife...

My husband and I bought this for camping, but it has also come in handy when we have extra guests visit. We've owned this bed for over two years and countless trips and have found it incredibly durable and extremely comfortable. Easy to inflate/deflate, pack and clean.

I got an "Aerobed Sport All Terrain" as a Christmas present from my parents last year. My fiance and I took it on a 3 wk camping trip at end of summer, and it was a DISASTER.
This is the situation: the proprietary "rechargeable pump" has to be mated and twist-locked into the valve opening on the air mattress. Fair enough, right? Problem is that there is no one-way valve on this thing. So after you get the mattress all pumped up, you have to un-twist the pump, pull it out of the opening, then put in the proprietary twist-lock plug. Just imagine how much air gushes out of an approximately 1 inch opening while trying to do all of this twisting, pulling out of pump, lineing up of plug, putting plug in, and twisting it closed.
To compound the problem, there is NO TOP OFF VALVE... no little inflatable raft type valve to blow into to top off the matress after all that air gushes out while trying to unscew/unmate the pump and put in the plug. AND there is no one-way valve inside the pump either, so as soon as you twist the pump inside the valve and the pump shuts off, the air starts gushing straight throught the pump before it's even removed from the valve.
Oh, and the pump stinks too. It takes MANY MANY hours to charge it up, even when charging it on the DC car charger, and you don't get very many pump-ups with one charge. As you can imagine, it took us several tries to get the replacement of the pump by the plug to go smoothly and quickly, so we had to re-pump up the bed several times. Then the pump started dying... and just as much air was coming back out of the mattress through the pump than was going in. No problem though because we had gotten a site with electric hookup and had an extension cord- we'll just plug the pump in and pump the bed up, right? WRONG! The pump won't run when directly plugged in to AC power. It will only run off of the charged battery within the proprietary pump. So either get an extension cord for your car 12 Volt or plan to charge it a LONG time before each pump-up.
UGH!! In the end, we could barely use our back-up pump to pump the mattress up enough to barely sleep on it. We hit a store first thing the morning for a new double height air mattress for about $30 that worked just great for the remaining 3 wks of the trip. The aerobed spent the remainder of the trip folded up under the dog's bed in the mini-van for extra padding. Lastly, the cheepy "Handy Aerobed travel bag" ripped apart in nothing flat too.
Save yourself the money and the trouble, just go to get a much cheaper, but better made air mattress. Also buy a compression/stuff sack in the camping section for your other air mattress and you're good to go.

We use this aero bed for our son's toddler bed. He loves that it is soft and we can take his bed wherever we go. We didn't want to waste money on a toddler sized bed so we got this.
Blows up fast and keeps it's air.( and yes he jumps on it all the time.) We have also taken it camping and it fits great inside a tent. We have a queen and a twin and I will never go camping with out them. You do need to put a blanket or matress cover on it to keep from getting chilly.
I love these and now that I have two I have an extra charger so when one is recharging I can use the other.

This bed made it so I could go camping 6 1/2 months pregnant with no problems. My husband, 2 year old son, and I all fit on the queen. There was plenty of room for us all.
Stays inflated and blows up super fast with the aero bed pump. Be sure to charge the pump before using or inflate with car adapter for immediate use.
I have had this bed well over a year and use it for anyone that comes over and needs a place to stay.
It is worth the money!
