This review is for the vendor only, since I received a different model of Aerobed than is described here. What is described here is a battery-powered pump, but I was sent an AC-powered one. I informed Dealyard of their mistake, but got a run-around while they tried to put the blame on me claiming that I ordered incorrectly. (I did not.) Finally got them to agree to replace it with the item that is described here, but the replacement was the same wrong item as before. Seems like a very disorganized company and their customer support is a joke. I have owned 3 Aerobeds and have liked them all, but this is the first and last time I will buy anything from Dealyard. I recommend that you avoid Dealyard, too.
